Disaster Experiences with Patrick Hardy

On this episode of Experience by Design, we welcome "Disaster" Patrick Hardy to the studio. Patrick is a disaster specialist, which isn't as bad as it sounds. Rather than being the source of disasters, he help companies, communities, and people get prepared for disasters. We talk about disaster experiences, and what it takes to be prepared. Part of this is about culture and behavioral change, which is good since he originally wanted to be a cultural anthropologist. We discuss his evacuation of 230 cats, and his Guinness Book attempt to do 30 hours of CPR.
